Airport Ground Staff - ID-3586
About the Job
This role involves attending and serving passengers, packing and replenishing stocks, delivering orders to boarding gates, assisting with cashiering duties, performing basic housekeeping tasks, and undertaking other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Stock Management: Pack and replenish stocks in a timely manner to ensure efficient operations.
- Logistics: Deliver orders to boarding gates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Cashiering: Assist with cashiering duties, including handling transactions and providing change.
- Housekeeping: Perform basic housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have good communication skills and be a team player. You should also possess service-oriented interpersonal skills, be above the minimum legal age of 18 years old due to the sale and supply of liquor, and be able to work on public holidays and weekends. Additionally, you should be able to work night shifts and split shifts.
