About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing duties as needed to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate information to passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- You will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, verifying travel documents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Act as a liaison between passengers and airline crews, facilitating smooth gate-handling operations and coordinating departure and arrival activities with various departments.
- Provide support services for passengers requiring special assistance, including wheelchair escorting and arranging for necessary accommodations.
- Perform gate handling duties, communicating effectively with airline staff and other teams to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Able to commit to 6 months or more, indicating availability on your resume.
- Fluency in English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities are crucial in this role, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail are also essential, enabling you to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Salary and Benefits:
