About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing duties as needed to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate information to passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• You will be required to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist passengers with check-in procedures, verifying travel documents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Act as a liaison between passengers and airline crews, facilitating smooth gate-handling operations and coordinating departure and arrival activities with various departments.
3. Provide support services for passengers requiring special assistance, including wheelchair escorting and arranging for necessary accommodations.
4. Perform gate handling duties, communicating effectively with airline staff and other teams to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Able to commit to 6 months or more, indicating availability on your resume.
• Fluency in English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multitasking and problem-solving abilities are crucial in this role, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
• An analytical mindset and attention to detail are also essential, enabling you to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Salary and Benefits:
