Expectations and Compensation
Social Media Messaging
- Initiating and responding meaningfully to social media messages.
- Compensation: $0.10 / meaningful interaction + 10% on tracked sales conversions through referral codes (+ Tiered Conversion Bonuses)
Events
- Organize and execute 1 event / quarter
- 10% commission on event driven sales (+ Tiered Event Sales Bonuses)
Content Creation
- Script, film, and edit 6-8 engaging 15- 45 second Videos / Month, content type will vary depending on season / business need, but will follow a general content calendar. Content / social media campaigns should work to attract and retain followers, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to the store.
- Compensation: $50 / approved video (+ Tiered Engagement Bonuses)
Influencer Engagement
- Engage with micro and macro influencers to create UGC of the Shoe Doctor KC Experience, including a review of the service.
- Compensation: $25 for each approved post by an Influencer that includes a call-to-action to support Shoe Doctor Chicago. (+ Tiered Engagement Bonuses)
